We pack honey within strong and secure boxes supplied by USPS, and cover the cost of any breakage before it reaches you. Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept return of any products purchased online. The packages are insured from our warehouse to your doorstep. In the unlikely event that your honey arrives broken, dispose of it and we will return your money or replace your honey.
Shipping always occurs on Friday. Please have your orders in by Wednesday at 12:00PM PT. Packages will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. You may also choose USPS Priority Mail Express shipping which provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM.
On Special Holidays that fall on a Sunday such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Christmas, we often offer Free USPS Priority Mail Express shipping to ensure Saturday delivery. Please check the announcement bar at the top of the website for special discounts and promotions. We plan for Holidays and work to ship early but always check to ensure delivery on your desired date.
Your payment includes expert packaging in secure containers, and shipping to your door by USPS. We will email you a confirmation number as soon as your item is shipped. Expect to receive your honey within 5 to 7 days. While we take all care to choose reliable and fast delivery methods, we cannot guarantee these dates as they are out of our direct control. Shipping and handling is added at purchase and is priced for inside the Continental US.
